Handle company worker\'s accommodation such as dormitory arrangement and attend to worker enquiry.
General administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing and filling etc.
Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, letter preparation and copier machine arrangement.
Assist in training course registration for company employees.
Government license application and renewal
Assist in monthly attendance process.
Responsible to key in accounting journal.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
