Job Description

Admin Assistant ( 5 day week/ 44 hours work week - Raffles Place )





Roles and Responsibilities



1. Prepare reports



2. Order Management: Manage order status, track inventory, and coordinate with logistics teams.



3. Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order updates.



4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock management.



5. Returns and Refunds: Process returns, issue refunds, and resolve customer complaints.



6. Support catering operations





Qualification Requirements



o Food Hygiene Cert



o competent and familiar with excel tools and functions such as vlookup, pivot tables, formulas and linkages of data points



o competent in MS Powerpoint graph/slides preparation for management reporting



o independent, proactive and positive attitude



o to provide operations support on need basis when needed





Salary $2000 to $2400 per month,
