Job Responsibilities:

Further amendments on the presentation slides and report for QEHS management review meeting
Consolidation of information for vendor evaluation, delisting and other details needed for VCC meeting
Assist on the designing of feedback promotional materials
Printing of documents, filing of hard and soft copy documents to designated QEHS folders
Monitoring and updating of QEHS internal / external audits finding / corrective action monitoring log
Data entry
Assist, review and amendment of existing QEHS documents to reflect current practise
Others ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Possess minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x9cN\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d level or equivalent qualification
Well verse in MS Word, Power Point, Excel (Pivot & Vlookup)
Possess knowledge of promotional posters, video clips design
