Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of secretariat and business support to Head of Ops Market
• Be first point of contact for all customers\' related matter that dealt with to Head of Ops Market
• Manage correspondence that dealt with Head of Ops Market and ensure all inquiries/complaints/feedback are attended to promptly, professionally, follow up till eventual closure of case
• Work closely with Contract Logistics Management Team and various business/operation units to meet corporate and customers\' needs
• Perform end-to-end event management activities such as Head of Ops Market customers\' dinner
• Prepare and consolidate management reports as well as presentation materials
• Perform secretariat duties for monthly Senior Management meeting
