Position Title: Admin Assistant / Receptionist cum Administrator
Working Location: King George\xe2\x80\x99s Avenue
Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 12:30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
To provide a professional and customer-focused service to all customers and internal visitors.
Responsible for effective handling of all incoming calls/email/WhatsApp to ensure that all inquiries for products/orders and deliveries are answered swiftly and professionally
Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and sorting documents.
Handle sales requests, process sales, and delivery orders, and update the system
Any other task as assigned by the Superior

At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or relevant experience, preferably in a similar role
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
