Roles & Responsibilities Job description: 1. Order processing

• Create new records, upkeep and maintain records of customers and inventory in SAGE system
• Download customer order from customers’ B2B portal or Ecommerce Platform eg. Lazada, Shopee, Q10, Redmart etc.
• Create sales order, issue shipping documents and invoice daily in a timely manner for warehouse to pick and pack the items.
• For Ecommerce platform, download and print customer address details, bar code etc, for the warehouse to paste it on the items.
• Coordinate with warehouse department for further delivery instruction
• Update delivered invoices onto customers’ B2B portals on a daily basis
• Issue Credit notes for goods return from customers
• Perform internal transfer of stocks to virtual warehouse in SAGE for consignment based.

2. Incoming Shipment

• Coordinate with Supplier on the incoming shipment
• Issue purchase order to supplier
• Upon received the goods, coordinate with warehouse operation executive to check the quantity before input the items to the inventory on SAGE system

3. Coordination with internal department and external stakeholders (Supplier and customers)

• Coordinate with demand planner on inventory items and order quantity
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales department on common carrier personnel in order to expedite or trace shipments.
• Handle queries from customers for orders/Return to Vendor (RTV)/delivery and collection etc

4. Reports and others

• Prepare daily, monthly and ad-hoc reports on Excel (Pivot table) for management and sales team
• Filing of documents
• Ad hoc duties such as event, special promos to run on e-commerce platform
