Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and take messages
Managing scheduling and appointments
Data entry
Document filing
Logistics arrangements & Documentation
Manage office supplies & maintenance
Support other office admin tasks
Assists in generating reports
Any other task as assigned by the Superior.
