What the role is:
Admin Assistant (6-month Contract)
What you will be working on:
1) Support the daily operation of services under the division 2) Administer awards which covers (but not limited to) checking and assessing applicants\' application forms and supporting documents based on set criteria, following up with applicants on outstanding documents, flag out exceptional cases for deliberation, creation of applicants\' awards into relevant systems etc 3) Manage enquiries, complaints and appeals from stakeholders i.e. students, parents, public, donors, agencies etc 4) Review and improve work processes 5) Maintain proper documentation keeping 6) Any other administrative duties as assigned by the department
What we are looking for:
- At least an \'A\' Level or Diploma qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal skills and communication skills (both in written and spoken) \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate in supporting students \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, self-disciplined with positive attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous with good calculus skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management and strong multi-tasking skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Technology savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in handling financial aid and awards\' schemes is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must be a good team player who is process/detail-oriented and organised
