HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You will manage all administrative tasks associated with Piaget in Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO). Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reports and presentations
Manage SAP: Manages cost control aspects in SAP including vendor creation, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow up
Interface with vendors for requesting information or clarification related to invoices
Support the team in administrative tasks, projects and meetings coordination
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant administrative experience
Fluent in SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe PDF
Fluent in English
Organized, detail-oriented, with strong excellence in execution
Pro-active, with good project management skills
Strong communication skills in verbal and written
