Issue new job orders (verifying capacity and material availability)
Issue Delivery Orders & Invoices
Prepare export documents (eg, packing list & marking) for export delivery.
Generating materials purchase requisitions
Updating and monitoring inventory status
Arrange delivery with the service team, freight forwarder, and external transport company.
Assisting the admin manager in daily administration and some HR related matters.
Simple inventory management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks & able to adhere to company SOPs
Able to carry out tasks professionally and keep to the delivery & service schedule
Safety-conscious
Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or equivalent.
Preferably at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Knowledge of Accpac, Sage, preferably, but it's not necessary. Training will be provided.
5 working days: Mon-Fri 8.30 am to 5.00 pm

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
