Job scope:
Responding to customers/ suppliers queries (via emails or calls)
Obtaining pricing, preparation of quotation to customers, follow-up on customers orders/shipment, etc.
Photocopying and filing .
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level .
Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin as need to liases with Chinese speaking client.
3 years administrative experience .
Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel .
Knowledge of SAP, an advantage .
Able to work independently and meticulous .
