Managing the document/s of everyday transaction/s such as Delivery Receipt/s, Transfer Order, Return Material Parts, Vendor Return, Receiving and Transmittal.
Prepare Sales Order and fulfill Delivery Receipt of all client's order.
Responsible of checking actual items from different branches, and receiving thru system. Responsible also in receiving office supplies
Responsible in monitoring status of branches and Sales Representatives orders.
Responsible for monitoring of canvass of sales representative, transfer order for replenishment of stocks and checking the in-house department/s order//s.
Support in inventory cycle and annual count.
Responsible in filing all daily records and ensure that it is properly organize.
Performs other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior.
