Perform clinic and administrative duties, such as patient registration, payments, booking of appointments, financial counselling, insurance and Medisave claims, stock-taking, etc.
Respond to and follow up on sales and marketing enquiries through post, telephone, email and personal visits.
Maintain and develop existing and new patients through planned marketing effort.
Maintain a computerised patients and prospects database.
Carry out market research, competitor and patients surveys.
Demonstrate product knowledge.
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum GCE N / \'O\' level, NITEC in Nursing or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Operations
Experience in aesthetic clinic setting would be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good customer-service mindset.
Passionate to learn and work in the Aesthetic clinic
