Position: Accounts and Administrative Assistant (Construction)



Working days: 5 days (Mon to Fri) (subject to changes)*
Working hours: 9am-5.30pm Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits Location: 100% WFH Basis

Responsibilities:



Prepare invoices to customers Prepare salary to staffs Simple Accounting Data Entry Responding to email requests and inquiries Sorting out chit orders of various companies according to dates and places. General administrative duties Maintain records of pass applications, approvals, and expiration dates to ensure timely renewals. Assist with renewals of Vehicles Road Tax and insurance policies. * Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
