Description

  • Handle emails promptly to ensure customer's payment enquiries are answered accurately and professionally within the stipulated time frame
  • Liaise and work closely with relevant parties to obtain necessary information to close patient's enquires
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum O or N Level with at least of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service industry.
  • Possess good communication and written skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure with minimum supervision in a high volume and fast pace environment.
