  • Perform administrative duties such as sorting of mail/invoices, filing and data entry into accounting software daily.
  • Handle accounts receivable or accounts payable
  • Generate Quotations and Invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers or client via email or phone.
  • Maintain office daily needs e.g., ensure office supplies of stationery, pantry etc.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Manage expense claims.
