Assist in generating accounting reports including Singapore, Asia, Johor Bahru.
Check accounting teamwork on bank reconciliation, admin and data entry.
Prepare invoices and payment vouchers.
Create payments in OCBC for vendors and staff.
Check all inbound invoices and send to accounting team for payment.
Liaise with doctor\'s clinics on invoices and ensure timely entry into the accounting system for accurate monthly reporting.
Prepare daily administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.
Deposit cash payment into the bank when needed.
Take over the below duties when Patient Liaison Officer is not on duty.
Ensure patients records are updated accurately and filed properly.
Facilitate and manage enquiries (eg Telephone, emails, walk-ins etc).
Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery to patients/ visitors/ medical practitioners.
Perform billing, cashiering and reconcile daily counter collection duties.
Perform full process of registration, administration duties and appointment-making.
Prepare documents and invoices as well as to maintain a proper filing system for documents.
General administrative duties in the center, as assigned by Reporting Officer.
Provide administrative support for events.
Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.
Ensure compliance and standards are adhered to within job duties.
Support and adhere to the Companys Mission and Principles.
Highlight/ escalate non-compliance to reporting officer.
Providing a safe and healthy work environment for both internal and external stakeholders in the Centre.
Effectively managing patient feedback and complaints, appropriately escalating when is required.
Requirements:
Min A level/ Diploma in Business or any others.
Others:
Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm and Sat: 8 to 12noon
