CARE TAKER


1
Attend to all incoming enquiries according to duty roster.
Must escalate within 10 mins
All other admin staffs

Processing of orders for sales / demo/ foc/ rebilling / ITS
GRI/ trade-in collections./ debits/ credits/ dealer sales, etc.

Include Ad hoc credits and debits.
All processing to be completed daily within working hours.
Overtime allowed only on last 5 days of the month.
Must complete all incoming
orders daily by 5.30pm
Including credit notes within the orders.
No carry forward of orders to next working day.
Complete all orders without incurring OT
(except during month end)

Receive D/O from 3PL and archive withing same day to file
No backlogs allowed.
Must be cleared daily

In charge of Inventory for models assigned.



Keep updated records for
stocks and reservations.
Reporting of Inventory by 10am
Inform sales staffs on stock status within
half day with email confirmations

Assist with ad hoc reports required by HOD

In charge of CBS billing
No backlogs allowed.
Must be cleared daily



7
In charge of pick release for OCC orders
Must be updated daily at 2 intervals
10.00am and 5pm
