Provide administrative support to daily office operations
Handle data entry and update internal records
Manage filing systems (both digital and physical)
Coordinate meeting schedules and room bookings
Prepare reports, memos, and other routine documents
Monitor office inventory and place orders when needed
Liaise with external vendors and suppliers
Support HR or finance team in paperwork processing
Assist in onboarding logistics for new hires
Ensure office procedures are organized and up to date
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Well-organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and in a team
