:Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 6pmResponsibilities:- Create PO and process orders in system- Assist to procure office stationary, pantry items, Warehouse materials etc- Coordination with customer via email or phone correspondence- Raise access for security purpose- Monitor and keep records of maintenance cycleRequirements:- Good communication skills- Able to work independently- Good knowledge on Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
