Prior involvement with system upgrade & data migration preferred
Knowledge & prior user of Microsoft Navision 2013 and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP software added advantage
Job Scope:
Responsible for completion of ERP system upgrade & launch of eCommerce & Vendors portals.
Co-ordinate data transfer from existing ERP to new ERP system, including preparation of opening balances, master templates, eCommerce database, etc; Users\' Training, User Acceptance Test, Go-Live & ensure smooth cut-off from the existing ERP.
Responsible for the smooth functions of the ERP system, including liaising with IT hardware & software for related issues
Update of database & price tables, maintain inventory control management system, customers, suppliers, cash, margin analysis management modules within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), as well as eCommerce & Vendor portals.
Ensure monthly correct posting of inter department transactions and transfers.
Collate and analyze data from ERP system & eCommerce portal to map out information for management\'s decision making.
