Provide administrative support to the Admin Department
Schedule meetings and appointments
Collate minutes and agenda for external and internal committee meetings
Collate reports and disseminate to members
Upkeep, monitor and order office and pantry supplies (Take care of replenishing of coffee/tea/snacks, check for insufficient detergents etc. May need to prepare refreshments for example, cutting of fruits).
Update service report for the copier machines for their invoicing
Arrange for maintenance of office equipment, for example \xe2\x80\x93 top up value in franking machine
Clear incoming mails and distribute to various Officers
Take note of incoming cheques
Clear admin email and disseminate information
Requirements
GCE O Level
At least 1 year of working experience in administration
Multi tasker
Good planning and organizational skills
