Your mission is to ensure that clients receive a pleasant experience through your knowledge of our services, your hospitality, sense of service and listening skills. Part-time position available! Working hours: 9am-6pm Part-time: 3 day work week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) Responsibilities: Communicating with clients through various channels (e.g phone calls, messages, emails, walk-ins) Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times Responding promptly to client inquiries Acknowledging and resolving client complaints Assist with client account management and keeping records of client transactions, comments, and complaints Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support Ensure good operational flow Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in customer service Minimum 'N' level holder Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills Pleasant and friendly personality Strong problem solving capabilities Computer literacy Familiar with WhatsApp and a fast texter
