Assist in daily operation arrangement and relevant documentation work including invoices and PO
Provide administrative support.
Handling phone calls, filling.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Initiative, meticulous and well organized
Able to work independently and multitask
Minimum 30-35 hours per week
