Customer Service - Handle all front-counter customer service queries including online and offline channels. (Whatsapp, WebChat, Telegram, FB Chat, Emails, Phone, Walk-ins)2. Class Administration including class schedule, fee calculation, generating invoices and email communications with customers and parents.3. Managing Centre Operations to ensure that the Centre is physically clean, well-organised and well-kept to ensure the best presentation and environment for customers, teachers and students.4. Design and Digital Marketing - Identify new markets and marketing projects.
