Admin Assistant (part Time)

Job Description

  • Arrangement and keeping records of various documents
  • Provide admin support including preparing of delivery orders, invoices, forms, certificates, markings, reports etc
  • Support operations team to sort and pick light stocks, inventory control records
  • Liaise with operations team and external parties for incoming and outgoing shipments/deliveries
  • Any other duties as assigned
Able to commit 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) in office,
working hours 8.30 am to 12.30pm
