Managing Purchasing, including regional facilities.
Logistic coordination for medical supplies.
Initiating cost-saving projects.
Maintaining laboratory and general inventory.
Supplier management and annual reviews.
Handling incoming mail collection and distribution.
Managing daily deliveries.
Overseeing office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Monitoring office budget and expenses.
Managing corporate mobile plans and internet services.
Cross-functional involvement in facility management tasks.
Requirements:
Diploma with at least 1 year working experience in general or purchasing administration.
Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device in Singapore (GDPMDS) would be beneficial and valuable.
Salary: $2,300 to $3,000
