- Position: Admin Assistant (SALES SUPPORT/TENDER)
- Location: Yishun (5 stops from Yishun MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days (Monday- Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + VB + 14 DAYS AL
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Fire protection service
- Provide daily sales support and coordination including attend to sales enquiries, preparation of sales quotation and attend to after sales support
- Assist in marketing administrative tasks such as brochure printing, presentation materials, etc
- Assist in preparation of reports on business potentials, product portfolio & market analysis
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, lead referral list and lead information of awarded sales
- Diploma in any field
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized and able to work independently
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
