Job Description


  • Position Title: Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Bugis
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing staff performance appraisal process
  • Performs simple IT troubleshooting / coordinate with IT vendors for any IT issues
  • Handles matters related to expatriate staffs
  • Performs other HR or Admin and Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management with at least 2 years of related working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Excellent communication in English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • IT savvy
  • Empathetic, practice discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation in Singapore
  • Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning
  • Immediate vacancy.
