Job description:

  • Daily checking and replying emails, answering calls
  • Managing and updating relevant documentation such as invoice, quotation and purchase order
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers for ordering and enquires
  • Sourcing for vendors, comparing quotations and negotiating with vendors
  • Coordinate with customers and vendors on delivery schedule
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job requirements:
  • Preferably proficient with QuickBooks software
  • Required Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Especially MS Excel, Power-point and MS Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
