Job Description


  • Report feedback from tenants / purchasers to manager.
  • To co-ordinate with tenants / purchasers on any on-going projects.
  • To prepare documents required by tenants / purchasers.
  • To co-ordinate with FSM of MCST 651 to arrange for fire drill or related matters.
  • To co-ordinate with tenants / purchasers on maintenance of vacuum pumps.
  • To co-ordinate with security and MCST 651 staff on the locking of seminar room.
  • To check & order office stationeries / refreshments.
  • To keep and control petty cash float.
  • Typing of documents such as Letter of Offer, Lease Agreement, Minutes, Agenda.
  • Prepare CNY gifts for manager’s distributions to tenants & purchasers.
  • To handover cheque or documents to HQ.
  • To visit Orchard Towers to facilitate viewing (about once in 3 months).
  • To ensure that office equipment is in good working condition.
  • To prepare agenda for Board Meeting – once a year.
  • To prepare agenda for managerment meeting – 2/3 times a month.
  • Arrange or record appointments for office & manager.
  • To liaise with signage supplier on OMSC directories (3 main directory boards, 5 sub-directional boards, 8 location maps & 1 wall mural).
