Responsibilites & Duties

  • Office administration & admin support to Operations Team.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding documentation.
  • Keeping track of foreign work passes renewal and expiring.
  • Data entry; prepare and generate weekly / monthly various reports.
  • Assist in O/T computation; updating staff working schedules and etc.
  • Keep track of Driving Licence Expiring Date; Updating and renewal.
  • Other duties assigned from time to time.
  • Minimum 1 year admin experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office - Excel / Words
  • 5.5days working per week
