Job Description


  • Attending to phone call and emails enquires
  • Update of daily job’s schedule and logistic arrangement for the workers and drivers
  • Assist in preparing of Delivery Order, Quotation, Purchase Order, Invoice
  • Assist in goods receiving and manage stocks inventory
  • Data entry and maintain proper filling and documentation
  • Other administrative job as assigned
Job’s Requirement
  • Min 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative role
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
  • Team player with positive mindset and willing to learn new skills
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome, trainning will be provided
