Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reception and answering phone calls
  • Monitoring and recording of daily attendances
  • Collecting, sorting and sending out mail
  • Scanning, filing of records and putting up notices
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Handling quotations, delivery orders and invoices
  • Other ad-hoc admin related duties
Requirement:
  • Min O level and above or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in MS Office / Excel
  • Min 1 year working experience
  • 5.5-day week, Full time
  • Location: Central
  • Immediate availability
