Job Description

  • administrative support including invoicing, process order, filling & assist accountant
  • Actively response and coordinate all order requests via emails, phone calls, etc
  • Maintain proper filing and documentations
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Process, coordinate and update sales orders
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus
Experience:
  • ADMIN CLERK: 2 years (Preferred)
