On top of being directly responsible for the preservation and growth of our customer base, your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients, and building mutually benefiting long-term relationships with them.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the production manager to oversee daily business operations.
  • Scheduling of Porjects
  • Process work orders and related documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments.
  • Assist warehouse with documentation process eg. Good Received Note (GRN) processing and Transfer Order.
  • Performs administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Assist with sorting and filing of documents/work orders.
  • Provide support to scheduler with documentations.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTESCommunication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Good command in verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with good English and Chinese
  • Able to work in teams with patience
Management and Organisational Skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (MS Excel, MS Words, etc)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
