Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of administration duties including but not limited to all reception duties, office registration, greeting visitors to the office, distribution of mail and couriers, printing, scanning, filing of documents as required, ordering stationery and office supplies . Promptly receive and screen incoming calls and email in a professional manner . Management of office supplies: groceries, cleaning materials, coffee beans, stationery and business cards . Manage the meeting rooms schedule and set-up . Keeping up with office supply inventory . Office management support . Ensure smooth internal and external communication . Produce highly confidential correspondence, including but not limited to letters, memos, proposals and presentations . Co-ordination of various internal events . Travel and hotel booking . Manage office access cards . Other ad-hoc administrative support as required Your Profile: . Diploma in Business Administration or related field or suitable qualifications for the position . Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) . Relevant experience in office administration preferably in a similar industry . Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced and international environment with high energy level . Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met . Detail orientated and excellent time management skills . Proactive and willing to take initiatives . Can work independently . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . Ability to multitask with great accuracy
