Job Description


Reponsibilities:

  • Responsible to perform a variety of admin and clerical tasks
  • Responsible for scheduling and arranging of deliveries and pick-ups
  • Perform general clerical duties including incoming mail/call , assist in photocopy, filling and scan supporting documents
  • Other admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • With experience or without experience may apply
  • Responsible, positive work attitude, good interpersonal skills and fast learner
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Gsuite tools
  • Good attitude
