Job Description


: 1. Daily monitoring of customer enquiries and orders (email, phone, applications, online platforms) 2. Preparation and issuance of documents for customer orders and internal purposes (CI, PL, TI, DO, CN/DN) 3. Delivery arrangements and stock preparation of confirmed orders 4. Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly updates of reports (Sales report, Inventory reports, Payment outstanding) 5. Monitoring and handling of inventory (e.g. stock in / stock out) 6. Monitoring and submission of expenses to third/parties and vendors (e.g. Warehousing, Logistics) 7. E2E process for purchasing products from vendors (e.g. Price verification, submission of PO, payment arrangements, tracking of order and etc) 8. Submission of reports (e.g. Sales reports, inventory) to Finance 9. Partial responsibility for local sales (e.g. online and current Singapore customers) 10. Store visits
