Admin Assistant at Raffles PlaceResponsibilities
Providing general administrative and clerical support, handling internal and external correspondence Processing and preparation of clients' policies and providing customer service support to clients Assisting the associates on issues related to submissions, general administration of coaching and reviews for associates and creation of PowerPoint slides for presentation. Sorting, organization and data entry of receipts/expenses for purpose of tax filing Managing clients' related information and updating of clients' particularsRequirements

  • N' Levels and above qualifications
  • bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Good Microsoft office skills, Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • good time management
  • cheerful and positive
