Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform admin duties and operation support to the department
  • Perform variety of office duties, purchasing of stationery, office equipment, process mail/courier, filing, data entry
  • Handle phone calls and incoming faxes
  • Liaising with suppliers on pricing and product related issues
Pre-Requisites:
  • GCE ‘O’ level or diploma
  • An energetic individual who can work efficiently and independently
  • Good spoken and written communication in English & Mandarin
  • Team player with good attitude
  • Proficient with MS Office
