  • Updating office system as and when needed. * Provided Administrative support including invoicing, quotation, filling, maintenance scheduling and delivery orders. * Assist with enquiries via Updating office system as and when needed. Provided Administrative support including invoicing, quotation, filling, maintenance scheduling and delivery orders. Assist with enquiries via phone or email. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Able to work in a team or individually. Must be well versed in MS Excel, Work, Powerpoint etc. Willing to learn & good communication skills (verbal and writing).
