Purchase PCP for all Foreign workers and staff. .. To check workers' Monthly Timesheet via Infotech . Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned Administrative Responsibilities: . Assist to setup email / Infotech for all new on-board staff. . Assist to troubleshoot IT problem (email / dropbox / infotech) . Backup email . Assist Finance to key Invoices into systems (about 10%) . To cover Receptionist duties when on sick leave and annual leave . Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned. Requirements: - N / O Level or ITE - Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Words, Powerpoint) - Prefer with basic IT knowledge - Positive Working Attitude - Fresh Graduate is welcome Working Location: Tuas, will shift to Sembawang in year 2023 after Chinese New Year
