Named the Most Innovative Fintech by Global Brands, we are redefining private market investing and are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our HR & Admin team and support us in the day-to-day operations. You will be exposed to company-wide event planning and management, and learn to work with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Reception duties - welcome visitors to office Answer mainline calls and divert calls as required Support office and facilities management, such as office expansion and office logistics planning Assist in company-wide event planning & management Handle business relationships between building management and contractors Support company events and management of employee benefits/ perks such as flexible benefit claims, occasion purchases and ordering of pantry goods Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mails Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as required Ensure smooth office operations Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned Requirements Good written and spoken English Prides himself/ herself on punctuality and meticulous nature Enthusiastic and willing-to-learn attitude Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility Interested applicants can apply via this link: Due to our limited capacity, we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
