- Assist in other general admin and office support functions - Data entry - Perform other day-to-day general simple accounting duties as and when required and assigned by superior -Filing of documents - Assist in generating reports - Monitoring of invoices and payments - General office follow-up Requirements:- - O level with relevant working experience or Diploma or - equivalent - Good interpersonal & communication skills with positive attitude - Diligent, detail-oriented willing to learn - Able to work independently with minimum supervision. - Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word) Working Location : Paya Lebar Summary of role requirements:
