Job Requirement & Responsibilities:
  • To provide administrative and clerical support
  • Primarily using Excel for data entry; including other duties like mailing, scanning, faxing and copying of documents.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple job responsibilities with accuracy
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Qualifications
  • Minimally \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • With Account knowledge will be advantage
Work Location: Tuas
