Admin Assistant for Volunteer Management Department

This is a part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to volunteer enquiries. Manage volunteer rosters and ensure a steady stream of volunteers for the clinic. Contact volunteers via emails, text messages, phone calls to volunteer based on requests by staff. Update volunteer management database. Co-ordination for volunteer related events such as open houses.
    General administrative support.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Canva will be advantageous. Meticulous and organized. Service oriented and able to liaise with volunteers in a professional manner.
    Ability to work well with internal staff across departments and with volunteers from all walks of life.

Salary


  • Hourly rate of S$12 per hour.

Working Hours


  • Weekdays, work hours are negotiable.
