  • Handle all administrative duties including invoicing, issuance of delivery order, purchase order etc
  • Record simple accounting entries
  • Proper filing of documents
  • Handle work pass and basic HR related matters
  • Processing of Payroll for approximately 15pax
Job specification
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Must be comfortable working in Penjuru
  • Independent and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
