Job Description


  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and external partners for any office and operational matters.
  • Handle in SAP system.
  • Update shipment status.
  • Perform daily administrative duties.
  • Assist in company projects.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement

  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English.
  • Need to have Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Words knowledge.
  • Positive working attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
