Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Daily update of vehicle listings (insurance, carpark, road tax)
  • Daily update of operation duties in internal system
  • Data Entry
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence and reply emails
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 5 days work week
  • 9am - 6pm
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Office at Sin Ming
  • Ability to start work from 16 June 2022
  • Training will be provided
